The Salmon Falls Disc Golf Course

is an eighteen hole disc golf course set along the Salmon Falls River which borders New Hampshire and Maine.   The roughly 200 to 600 foot fairways skirt hay fields and run through a temperate deciduous forest.  Mach X Baskets are strategically paired with circular [packed] stone-dust tee pads to make for a unique, scenic, and professional round of of disc golf.

The intent is to provide a superior round of disc golf at a fair rate with a intermediate level of play while building New Hampshire’s presence as a destination of choice for disc golfers everywhere.  Moreover, The Salmon Falls Disc golf Course strives to challenge players abilities and to develop better disc golfers.

Directions from off of Salmon Falls Road in Rochester [East]:
  • NH- 16 to exit 12.  Head north on NH – 125 towards Rochester and continue for about 1.3 miles to a right on Main St.  Stay on Main St. for .5 miles to a slight left onto Whitehall Rd. (Frissbee Memorial Hospital).  Follow Whitehall RD. for 2 miles to a sharp left in to Salmon Falls Rd., follwed by a right onto Benard Rd.
  • Go to the end of Bernard Road.  Go another .6 miles after the pavement ends and follow the lil’ SFDGC signs.
